Apparently the Gmail portion of the project has already been done. It's open-source so that's good. We can still do the project for the rest of the suite.

Ok, so I spent some time today going over the blogs on sitepen. It seems that the work is very much a work in progress still. I think if we spent some hours on this we can get cought up with where he is in the development process and could possibly provide some input. That would be a great way for us to get started. I think we need to get what he has running to far on out machines, then begin to look at the code. I will try to have it up and running in a VM by Wednesday so we can take a look.
Let me know if you want the VM environment so you can edit and compile the Java code that we will need. That way if we mess stuff up we can step back in time without any real issues.
